Windows and doors

Sell windows and doors leads,
paid per accepted lead.

Yes. AceLeads buys windows and doors enquiries from independent lead generators across the UK, including double glazing, composite doors, conservatories and orangeries. You send the lead, we accept or reject it within 48 hours, and you are paid a fixed fee for every accepted lead. No exclusivity deal to sign, no minimum volume.

Homeowner replacement work, priced by unit count. A full house of windows with a composite door is what pays here. Misted units, repairs and free-windows enquiries do not, and we would rather you knew that before you spend on them.

  • Decision within 48 hours
  • A reason named on every rejection
  • No exclusivity
  • No minimum volume

The terms on this brief

Same for every affiliate

Decision
Within 48 hours of submission
First payment
Within 14 days of your first accepted lead
After that
Every Friday, for everything accepted up to the previous Sunday
Payment method
Bank transfer (BACS). We raise the self-billed invoice, so there is nothing to chase.
Clawback
Once we accept a lead it is ours. We never claw back an accepted lead because a buyer did not convert it. We reverse a payment only for proven fraud, a proven duplicate, or a consent failure.

Figures are published on the rate card and nowhere else, so this page and the fee you are paid cannot drift apart.

What we accept

Send these with every lead.

This is the whole acceptance standard for windows and doors. A lead carrying all of it clears the decision window quickly, and the fields that lift it to the qualified tier are set out further down.

  • Full name, a working UK mobile and a deliverable email address. We check the number and the address before we decide, so a typo costs you the lead.
  • The full postcode of the property the work is for, not the town. Installers in this vertical buy by coverage area, and a partial postcode cannot be routed.
  • Confirmation that the enquirer owns the property: a homeowner, or a landlord who owns the building.
  • What they want and how much of it. Windows, doors or both, the product (uPVC, aluminium, timber or composite), and the number of units.
  • Property type and anything that changes the job. House, bungalow or flat, replacement or first fit, and whether it is listed or in a conservation area.
  • A timescale in the enquirer’s own words, dated. An enquiry where nobody asked when is the one that stalls at the quote.
  • Consent evidence on every lead, no exceptions: the form URL, the exact wording shown, the IP and the timestamp.

Who buys them. The buyers on this vertical are retail window and door installers, double glazing companies and conservatory and orangery specialists, working homeowner replacement jobs postcode by postcode.

What we reject

The closed list.

Glazing is canvassed hard and resold often, so it produces a lot of enquiries that look complete and are worth nothing to an installer. These are the ones that fail. The list is closed: if a lead is rejected, the reason you get back is one of these, inside the same 48 hours, and you can appeal it.

Repairs, single units and hardware

A misted sealed unit, a dropped hinge, a stiff handle, one cracked pane or a lock change is a repair visit worth a couple of hours of somebody’s day. Our buyers quote replacements. A repair enquiry is a genuine job for a local glazier and a waste of a lead fee for a retail installer, so it is rejected however well documented it is.

Tenants and anyone who cannot authorise the work

A renter cannot have the windows replaced, however keen they are and however good the enquiry looks. We accept the person who owns the property, or the landlord who owns it and is paying. If the enquirer is a tenant, or is enquiring about a relative’s house without them, the lead fails whatever else it carries.

Grant, ECO and free-windows enquiries

Anything captured off a grant angle, a benefits-based eligibility check or a free-windows offer. Those enquirers are not shopping for a retail quote and an installer who pays for one never gets to quote. If your creative or your landing page mentions a scheme, funding or eligibility, the leads from it are not for this vertical.

Trade, supply-only and new build

A builder pricing a plot, a developer wanting supply-only quantities, or a self-builder buying frames direct. They buy from a fabricator at trade prices, not from a retail installer, and the conversation ends the moment a fitted price is quoted. Send these to a fabricator instead. We do not have a buyer for them.

Commercial glazing, shopfronts and curtain walling

Aluminium shopfronts, curtain walling, office and school glazing, and managed-property contracts go to commercial fabricators and are a different sale with a different buyer. Our buyers here are domestic retail installers. A commercial enquiry is not a larger version of their job, it is somebody else’s job.

Recycled canvass data and aged enquiries

Showroom lists, old canvassing rounds, data-broker files, and anything captured more than 30 days before you send it. Homeowners take the first credible quote, so a month-old glazing enquiry has usually already bought, and consent given to another company for another purpose does not transfer to us. A lead we already hold fails the duplicate check as well.

Nothing outside this list is a reason to reject a lead on this brief. The standards that apply across every brief are on the lead quality standards page, and the consent rules are on the compliance page.

Tiers

What moves the fee on a windows and doors lead

Two tiers are open on this vertical: a raw lead that meets the acceptance standards, and a qualified lead that also carries the detail in the brief. Both figures are published on the rate card and nowhere else, they are indicative, and postcode and volume move them. Booked appointments are where this trade pays properly and that tier is not open. We do not pay an appointment fee today, and if it opens the figure goes on the rate card before anyone is asked to work to it.

How many units, and what they are

A full house of eight to twelve windows with a composite door sits at the top of this vertical. A single door, a two-window flat or a porch sits at the bottom. Capture the unit count and the product and the lead prices itself, because that is the first thing the installer looks at.

Raw tier or qualified tier

The raw fee is for a lead that clears the acceptance standards. The qualified fee is for one that also carries unit count, product, property type, owner status and a dated timescale, so the buyer can quote without a discovery call. Same lead, one extra screen on your form, materially different money.

Where the property is

Installers work a radius, not a nation. A full postcode inside an area a buyer covers gets a decision in hours. One outside every covered area is held rather than paid, and holding is nobody’s idea of a good outcome. The brief for this vertical names the areas that are open, so read it before you spend.

How fast it reaches us

Speed does not carry a fee of its own. It decides whether there is a fee at all. Glazing homeowners take the first credible quote, so an enquiry posted the minute it is captured clears the standards and an identical one sitting in tomorrow night’s upload often does not.

Every fee is published in one place.

The raw and qualified tiers for this brief sit on the rate card with every other vertical, so there is only ever one number to check. Rates are indicative and depend on postcode and volume.

See what we pay

Non-negotiable

Two things every lead has to clear.

These apply to every brief on this page and every brief we run. They are not preferences, and a lead that misses either is rejected whatever else is right about it.

Your capture pages meet the standard

Every page you generate from has to be built to UK GDPR and PECR standards, not close to them. That means a real privacy notice, consent that is specific, informed and freely given, no pre-ticked boxes or bundled permissions, and AceLeads or a clearly described category of recipient named at the point of capture.

Consent evidence travels with the lead: the timestamp, the IP, the page URL and the exact wording the person was shown. Consent you cannot produce is consent you do not have.

What we require, in full

Every lead is verified before it counts

Leads are verified on the way in, by you before you send and by us on receipt. Contact details are checked, duplicates are caught across every affiliate rather than just your own, and known junk patterns are filtered automatically.

This protects your earnings as much as our buyers. A verified stream gets a higher acceptance rate, and a clean sender gets the briefs with the best rates first.

How a lead is judged

We audit capture pages, and we will ask to see one before your first lead is accepted. This is not box-ticking: under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 the maximum PECR penalty is a matter of public record, and a lead sourced from a bought list puts both of us in front of it.

FAQ

Windows and doors, explained.

What a lead generator usually wants settled before sending a first batch. Still unsure? Read how the programme works.

How much do you pay for a double glazing lead?

Two tiers: a raw lead that meets the acceptance standards, and a qualified lead that also carries the unit count, product, owner status and a dated timescale. Both figures are published on the rate card, and that is the only page we write them on, so nothing here can drift from what you are actually paid. Be straight with yourself about this vertical though. A raw glazing enquiry is one of the lower rows on our card, because that is where the published UK market for one sits. Anybody quoting you a big flat fee for a raw double glazing lead is either quoting for a booked appointment or is not going to pay it.

Do you buy conservatory and orangery enquiries as well?

Yes. Conservatories and orangeries sit in this vertical alongside windows and doors, and the standards are the same: owner, full postcode, product, rough size and a dated timescale. A conservatory roof replacement or a roof repair on its own is a different trade with a different buyer, so label it as one when you send it. Those are held until there is a buyer working that postcode rather than accepted on the spot.

What happens if you reject my lead?

You get a decision within 48 hours with one named reason from the closed list on this page, and nothing outside that list can be a reason. You can appeal it by replying to the rejection. Once we have accepted a lead it is ours: we do not take a payment back because a buyer failed to convert it, and the short list of things that can reverse a payment is published with the payment terms. A lead you have also sold elsewhere shows up on the duplicate check, which is one of them, so it is a poor trade.

Do I need to be FENSA or CERTASS registered to sell you glazing leads?

No. You are generating the enquiry, not fitting the windows, so installer certification is not yours to hold. What you must not do is imply otherwise. A landing page that presents itself as an installer, borrows a manufacturer’s brand or shows work it did not do produces enquiries the buyer cannot honour, and we reject those on provenance. Your consent wording also has to name AceLeads, or describe the buyer clearly enough that the homeowner expects the call. The wording we require is on the compliance page and it is a draft under review, so read it on the day you build the page rather than working from memory.

I fit windows myself and get more enquiries than I can take. Can I sell the ones I cannot use?

Yes, and out-of-area work is the cleanest supply we buy. It is first party, it is fresh, and nobody has paid for it twice. Two conditions. The homeowner has to have agreed at the point of capture that their details can be passed to another company who will contact them about the job, so a form that names only your firm does not carry over to us. And send it the same day: the homeowner you cannot get out to is already ringing the next installer.
