For lead generators
Sell the leads you generate,
paid per accepted lead.
Yes. AceLeads buys leads from independent UK lead generators, affiliates and businesses with more enquiries than they can work. You send a lead against a published brief, we accept or reject it within 48 hours with the reason named, and you are paid a fixed fee for every lead we accept. Accepted is final: we do not take a fee back because a buyer failed to convert.
One brief per vertical, one standard, and a decision you can plan around. Whether you run paid social, paid search and your own lead-generation sites, or you simply take more enquiries than your business can service, this is where they turn into revenue instead of into the bin.
- Decision within 48 hours
- A reason named on every rejection
- No exclusivity
- No minimum volume
The whole programme
Four steps, start to payment
-
Send the lead
Post it from your form, drop a CSV, fire a webhook or use the API, with the consent evidence attached to every record.
-
We verify it
Contact details are checked, the enquiry is matched against the brief and against the duplicate window, and the consent trail is read.
-
You get a decision
Accepted or rejected within 48 hours. A rejection names which standard the lead missed, and you can appeal it.
-
You get paid
Every accepted lead is paid at the fee its brief sets, on the published payment run. Nothing is held back against conversion.
What we buy
First-party UK enquiries, against a published brief.
AceLeads places leads with UK businesses that pay for them, so what we buy is set by what those buyers will work. That is narrower than it sounds in a good way: the standard is written down per vertical, and a lead that meets it is paid for whether or not the buyer closes it.
First-party enquiries only
The person made the enquiry themselves, on a page you control, and the consent evidence travels with the lead: the form URL, the exact wording shown, the IP address and the timestamp. That is what makes the lead lawful to work, and it is not optional on any brief.
Against a written brief
Every vertical we buy publishes the fields to send, the disqualifiers in full, and what lifts a lead from the raw tier to the qualified one. You are never guessing at what good looks like, and we cannot move the goalposts after the fact.
At any volume, without a lock-in
No minimum volume, no exclusivity and no obligation to stop selling to anyone else. Send a handful a week while you test a source, or scale a channel that is working. The one thing that costs you is sending the same enquiry twice.
Including your overflow
You do not have to be a full-time lead generator. Jobs outside your travel radius, outside your product range or past a diary you cannot extend are already qualified by someone who does the work, and they are among the best leads we buy.
Why sell to us
Three things most programmes will not put in writing.
Selling leads is a trust problem long before it is a volume problem. The complaints are always the same: a lead that sits undecided for weeks, a rejection with no reason attached, and a fee taken back months later because somebody downstream did not close. Here is our answer to each of them.
A decision, not a silence
Every lead gets an accept or a reject within 48 hours of submission, and every rejection names which standard it missed from a closed list. Nothing sits in a pending state while you keep spending on a source you cannot yet judge.
Accepted is final
Once we accept a lead it is ours. We reverse a payment only for proven fraud, a proven duplicate or a consent failure, and that list does not grow. A buyer who fails to convert a lead is our problem, not a reason to reach back into your payment.
Your acceptance rate, in the open
Your rolling acceptance rate and your rejection reason mix sit in your portal, broken down by source. Most programmes will not tell you what share of your leads they take. Seeing it is the fastest way to find the channel that is quietly costing you money.
Accept or reject
How a lead is judged.
The same way every time, against the brief the lead was sent on. Nothing is judged on a general sense of quality, because a rejection you cannot act on is worth nothing to you and tells us nothing either.
A lead is accepted when it clears three things: the contact details work, the enquiry fits the brief it was sent on, and the consent evidence names who is going to make contact. Most rejections fail one of those and nothing more exotic. An unreachable number, a partial postcode that cannot be routed, an enquiry already sent in the duplicate window, a tenant on a brief that needs an owner, or consent wording that refers vaguely to trusted partners and names nobody.
The list is closed and it is published, per brief, before you send anything. If a lead fails, you are told which item applied and you can appeal it. That is the point of naming reasons rather than scoring quality: almost every rejection on the list is fixable at the point of capture, usually by adding one field to a form, and fixing it costs you nothing.
The rules that apply across every brief sit on the lead quality standards page, and what has to be true about consent and evidence is on the compliance page.

Getting paid
Dates, not adjectives.
Fast payment means nothing from a page that never names a day, so here is the calendar in full. It is the same for every affiliate on every brief, and it is the same wording that goes into the agreement.
See what we pay- Decision
- Within 48 hours of submission
- First payment
- Within 14 days of your first accepted lead
- After that
- Every Friday, for everything accepted up to the previous Sunday
- Payment method
- Bank transfer (BACS). We raise the self-billed invoice, so there is nothing to chase.
- Clawback
- Once we accept a lead it is ours. We never claw back an accepted lead because a buyer did not convert it. We reverse a payment only for proven fraud, a proven duplicate, or a consent failure.
Structure, not guesswork. You are paid a fixed fee for every lead we accept, at the tier the brief sets: a raw tier for a lead that meets the standard, and a qualified tier for one that also carries the detail the brief names. The figures for each vertical are published on the rate card, which is the only page that carries an amount, and they are indicative and depend on postcode and volume.
Lead types
The briefs we are buying against.
Each one is a full brief rather than a category name: what to send, what gets a lead rejected, and what lifts it a tier. Read the brief before you point traffic at it, because the reject list is where the money is won or lost.
Commercial solar
The buyers on this brief are commercial solar and EPC contractors, battery storage specialists and energy consultants working C&I sites across the UK, and the postcode areas they are short in move from week to week.
Read the briefBattery storage
The buyers on this brief are commercial solar EPCs, battery storage specialists, energy consultancies and ESCOs, and M&E and electrical contractors working commercial sites across the UK, and the postcode areas they are short in move from week to week.
Read the briefEV charging
The buyers on this brief are EV infrastructure installers, commercial electrical contractors, energy consultancies and ESCOs, and forecourt and destination charging operators working UK sites, and the postcode areas they are short in move from week to week.
Read the briefCommercial roofing
The buyers on this brief are commercial and industrial roofing contractors, cladding and sheeting specialists, asbestos removal contractors working roof replacement, building surveyors and facilities contractors, and the postcode areas they are short in move from week to week.
Read the briefBasement conversions
The buyers on this brief are basement conversion specialists, underpinning and structural contractors, waterproofing and tanking firms and high-end design-and-build companies, most of them working a tight travel radius around London and the South East.
Read the briefHome extensions
The buyers on this brief are design and build contractors, main contractors, architects with build arms and specialist extension firms, most of them working a set travel radius, so the postcode decides who is able to quote at all.
Read the briefLoft conversions
The buyers on this brief are loft conversion specialists, design and build contractors and structural contractors, working homeowner projects postcode by postcode, and the areas they are short in move from week to week.
Read the briefGarden rooms
The buyers here are garden room manufacturers, modular and timber-frame builders and insulated garden building specialists, most of whom install within a set travel radius, so coverage matters to us as much as volume does.
Read the briefPrestige leasing
The demand on this brief comes from the specialist desks that work above the mainstream ceiling: prestige and performance leasing brokers, and the contract hire arms that hold allocation on the marques drivers ask for by name.
Read the briefCommercial vehicle and fleet leasing
The buying side here is UK leasing brokers, contract hire providers and fleet and SME leasing firms, several of them managed accounts that take business vehicle leads on assignment.
Read the briefWindows and doors
The buyers on this vertical are retail window and door installers, double glazing companies and conservatory and orangery specialists, working homeowner replacement jobs postcode by postcode.
Read the briefLandscaping
The buyers are UK landscaping contractors and garden design studios that install the work themselves, each covering a set list of postcodes and a minimum project size.
Read the briefGenerating something that is not listed? Tell us when you apply. Briefs open as buyer demand comes online, and a generator already producing volume is often the reason one opens. We would rather say not yet than take leads we have nobody to place with.
Non-negotiable
Two things every lead has to clear.
These apply to every brief on this page and every brief we run. They are not preferences, and a lead that misses either is rejected whatever else is right about it.
Your capture pages meet the standard
Every page you generate from has to be built to UK GDPR and PECR standards, not close to them. That means a real privacy notice, consent that is specific, informed and freely given, no pre-ticked boxes or bundled permissions, and AceLeads or a clearly described category of recipient named at the point of capture.
Consent evidence travels with the lead: the timestamp, the IP, the page URL and the exact wording the person was shown. Consent you cannot produce is consent you do not have.
What we require, in fullEvery lead is verified before it counts
Leads are verified on the way in, by you before you send and by us on receipt. Contact details are checked, duplicates are caught across every affiliate rather than just your own, and known junk patterns are filtered automatically.
This protects your earnings as much as our buyers. A verified stream gets a higher acceptance rate, and a clean sender gets the briefs with the best rates first.
How a lead is judgedWe audit capture pages, and we will ask to see one before your first lead is accepted. This is not box-ticking: under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 the maximum PECR penalty is a matter of public record, and a lead sourced from a bought list puts both of us in front of it.
FAQ
Selling leads to us, explained.
The questions worth settling before you send a first batch, answered the way we would answer them on a call.
Who is the affiliate programme for?
Independent lead generators and affiliates who run paid social, paid search or their own lead-generation sites, and operating businesses that generate more enquiries than they can service. The second group is consistently the strongest source we have, because work outside your area, outside your product range or past a diary you cannot extend is already qualified by someone who does the job.
What kind of leads do you buy?
First-party UK enquiries, made by the person themselves on a page you control, in one of the verticals we publish a brief for. Each brief names the fields to send and the disqualifiers, so what counts as a good lead is written down rather than left to judgement. Bought lists, scraped data, incentivised entries from prize draws and enquiries already sold around the comparison sites are not leads and are not bought.
How do I send you leads?
Whichever way suits how you already work: a form that posts to us, a scheduled CSV, a webhook from your existing stack, or our API. The integrations page sets out each route and what has to travel with the lead, including the consent evidence. Small volumes are perfectly welcome on the simplest route.
How quickly will I know whether a lead is accepted?
Within 48 hours of submission. The verification happens inside that window, which is what allows an acceptance to be final. A rejection always names which standard the lead missed, from a closed list published on the brief, and you can appeal it.
How and when am I paid?
A fixed fee per accepted lead, at the tier the brief sets out. Your first payment lands within 14 days of your first accepted lead, and after that payment runs every Friday for everything accepted up to the previous Sunday. It is paid by bank transfer and we raise the self-billed invoice, so there is nothing to chase. The rate card carries the figures.
Can you take the money back later?
Only for proven fraud, a proven duplicate or a consent failure. That list is closed and it does not grow. Once we accept a lead it is ours, and a buyer who fails to convert it is our problem rather than yours. An open-ended right to return leads is functionally a decision not to pay, which is why ours is bounded in writing.
Do I have to sell exclusively to you?
No. There is no exclusivity and no minimum volume, and you can keep every other buyer you already work with. The one thing to watch is duplication: an enquiry you have already placed elsewhere tends to come back to us as a duplicate, and duplicates are not paid.
You do not have a brief for the leads I generate. Can I still apply?
Yes, tell us what you generate when you apply. Briefs open as buyer demand comes online, and a generator already producing volume in a vertical is often the reason one opens. We would rather say not yet, and mean it, than take leads we have nobody to place with.
