This is a placeholder terms document for LeadExchange. Final wording will be confirmed with a solicitor before launch. It will cover:
- how the marketplace works and what a "lead" is;
- credits, payment, refunds and the exclusive vs shared lead model;
- buyer obligations, including compliant use of lead data;
- supplier terms for those selling leads into the marketplace;
- liability, acceptable use and account termination.
